The project required robust, durable, and smooth-operating access gates capable of withstanding high-frequency industrial vehicle traffic and harsh environmental conditions while seamlessly integrating with automated access control hardware.

Custom Structural Engineering: Designed heavy-duty gate frameworks utilizing structural hollow sections (SHS/RHS) optimized to handle heavy wind loads and prevent sagging over wide clear-span openings.

Sliding Gate Fabrication: Manufactured cantilever and tracked industrial sliding gates featuring precision-aligned roller guide assemblies, heavy-duty internal tracking wheels, and integrated automation racks for seamless motor integration.

Swing Gate Assembly: Engineered dual-leaf and single-leaf heavy-duty swing gates utilizing custom-machined, heavy-capacity greasable drop hinges to ensure smooth, effortless manual or automated operation over long lifespans.

Premium Anti-Corrosion Finishing: Conducted thorough surface preparation followed by the application of an industrial anti-corrosive zinc-rich primer and a high-durability, weather-resistant powder coated finish to endure the high humidity and coastal salinity of the Middle East.
