• Airbus A380 Aircraft Mockup Extension
  Structurally extended an existing high-level A380 mockup to integrate a dedicated custom side-door. This precision retrofit allows for realistic high-lift catering vehicle docking and cabin-crew logistics training.

• Automated Inline Spray-Bar System for Industrial FAHU Coils.
  We engineered and permanently retrofitted a high-pressure, multi-nozzle stainless steel spray manifold inside an operational air handling plant. This custom assembly features strategically spaced, precision-angled spray nozzles that ensure complete, uniform water and chemical distribution across the entire surface area of the coil.
• Fence Post Extension & Floodlight Mast Retrofit. 
  Modified a standard perimeter security chain-link fence into a dual-purpose utility line by fabricating and securely sleeve-welding heavy-duty overhead extensions to hold commercial LED floodlights.
• Modular Prefabricated Wall Partition.
  Fabricated and anchored a modular clean-room tile wall partition directly into an active production floor using floor-mounted metal tracks, preventing structural disruption.
• Hatch Window & Counter Door Cutout.
  Transformed standard vertical panels into highly functional service zones by cutting, framing, and installing a custom chain-supported folding metal counter plate.
• Industrial Pipeline T-Support & Clamping
  Fabricated heavy-duty structural steel T-posts and custom channel clamps to retroactively reinforce active process piping, safely distributing load away from older sub-structures.
• Expansion Joint Stainless Steel Drip Trays.
  Resolved overhead structural weeping by fabricating and installing high-finish stainless steel drip channels along existing ceiling expansion joints.
• Custom Fleet Vehicle Upfitting.
  Fabricated heavy-duty cargo roof racks, internal aluminum checker-plate paneling for heavy-duty washdowns, and custom structural bed cages for transport logistics.
• Laser-Cut Aluminum Floor Number Plates.
  Upgraded high-traffic terminal parking spaces by replacing quickly faded painted markings with flush-anchored, precision laser-cut aluminum numbers.
